Early 1978 - Early 1983	Rocky Chisholm	Yorba Linda, CA, USA	Acquired the car from Gilpin Car was blue when purchased, 1600 twin-plug engine, no cooling slots in bonnet Repainted the car red Vintage raced the car from 1979 through 1982 Late 1982: had the nose painted yellow and with a black band at rocker panel height. 1) Mr. Chisholm recalls having been told by Wes Gilpin that Mr. Gilpin had acquired the car from a US Service man who brought the car over to the USA from Italy. This could very well be the above-mentioned David Smith but this would need confirmation.
Early 1983 -		The Netherlands	Acquired through Pieter Boel from Chisholm. Had the nose modified with 3 GTO-style cooling slots Raced extensively. Restored. Registered KB16GS on August 3, 1983 Entered the car in countless events, amongst others the 1988 Coppa Italia
