At time of purchase the car was registered XGF116M due to the London local Vehicle Registration Office not allowing the reuse of TLK256M. They insisted the registration was in use on another vehicle. In September 1998 Jon finally managed to convince my local (Reading) Vehicle Registration Office to allow the car to be re-registered as TLK256M
